WTF!!! First Ive heard of this outside of theory… and sponsored by Sparky himself!!! Mid seventies had seen its share of oil shortages as well. I will never forget sitting in the back seat of the car as a child in the miserable heat while my parents waited in a never ending line of cars to be just to fill the tank. Whatever became of this venture???
